  The shops are good, variety of genuine products, a good seating place beside the fountain makes a relaxing atmosphere to shop.

  A famous landmark located in the middle of Balad, downtown Jeddah, this building is a popular shopping destination for local residents as well as visitors. There are all sorts of shops of leading brands here including those of Arabic and western perfumes, Fashionable Eyewear, Luxury Wrist watches, clothes and fashion accessories. In the upper floors near the parking area there are also some small stalls for pearls and precious stones. This building is connected to a multi-storey paid car parking complex.

  I used to go there when I was little girl with my daddy for Eid shopping. This place is special for me for these special memories, and I believe the prices much better than other malls in jeddah for some reason, take Sketchers and Geordanos for example.

  Shopping center have all products from a pin to everything. Lovely place in balad.

  The best place to park in downtown otherwise I don't recommend to shop in this particular center.
