  Room things are very old..and too far from haram..wifi only in lobby..and not so good..blankets aren't not so comfortable..please change the room things..The hotel looks like Hospital..!! But its ok..!

  Dirty n untidy room ur r welcomed with house flies ,dirty floor n uncleaned beds with hair all over pillow n bed sheet.they provide torn blanket.it seems the staff here is deaf n blind.they never listen to u even after giving several complaints n they r very rude n unprofessional.... SO CALLED FACILITIES 1:No drinking water 2:WiFi doesn’t work 3:Noisey ac 4:Non functional geyser 5:unhygienic washrooms with cracked wash basins n ceramic ware n leaking taps

  موظف البرج واسمه عبد المجيد لا بخلص في عمله حجزت ب البوكنج وعنما وصلت لم اجده ووجدت الناس نائمون في الشارع ووجدت عامل هندي فسألته عن الموظف فقال دائما يذهب ينام ويقول للعامل اذا جاء زبائن صرفهم ...ٱمل من صاحب البرج محاسبة مثل هذا الشخص

  This hotel is quite good for haji's. Masjid Al-Nabawi is near this hotel. Walking distance from Al Mukhtara tower to masjid Al-Nabawi is of 7-8 minutes.

  Worst of all first the building is very old and they say free WiFi but when u ask about it they say there is no . And all the other hotels are cheaper like 70 sar between them and all other hotels have network like hotel alsalam and they are nearer to the Haram like we saw one IN the Haram and it's a lot cheaper and look new so I prefer not to come here ,, reasons you might come here for ,, u might think it's cheap but no ,, u might think that it's near from but there is nearer and cheaper u might come cuz it has free WiFi or new building but no so ,,, U SHOULD NEVER COME HERE FOR ANY REASON
