  Saudi receptionist are very wrest guy he don't know about hospitality, I don't understand why saudi government are pushing hotets to hire this kind of people, you cannot complane anywhere thus is is werst part

  The WiFi is restricted. Only can be activated on first floor. The elevator need repairment

  The wifi was not very good. It was quite slow. it’s about 5-10 min walk from Haram. Room was decent had fridge and kettle.
