::I've been waiting 1 and a half hour to have a new account opened. I'm still waiting as I type this. The manager was supposed to do something in the system with my info ...had to wait around 30 mins before I checked on him and he was busy on his phone. When I went to him he started moving his fingers on the keyboard. Terrible service.

::Went to this branch after the women in the ladies branch were repeatedly extremely unhelpful! The gentleman in this branch was very very helpful and professional. All my issues got resolved within 10-15 minutes and I got everything I needed done. They were brilliant!
