  قمت بعملية تحويل ٍ ماليٍ من هذا الفرع لشخص آخر بنفس البنك ولم تصله عجبا ً !! وأنا الآن مواصل برمضان وملطوع! شكرا ً مصرفي العزيز!!

  Very poor service. A transaction that takes 10 minutes took 1 hour 15 minutes, only to tell me that the system doesn't work, and I have to come back the next day! Edit: The customer service guy took my number and told me he would inform me once system is okay. I waited for a week and still no call. I came by and waited again for another hour, but still the system was down. How can this happen frequently? And the service is poorest of the poor! Very very disappointing.
