  This is the worst bank in Saudi Arabia. I used to be a VIP member and when I was leaving Saudi, I went there to close my account and withdraw all my money, they treated me like a bum and didn’t want to give me my money and asked for a lot of paperwork that would take a week to finish knowing that I’m leaving after 3 days only. I didn’t have any loans or any credit cards from them. Trying to solve this, I had to go to 2 other branches one of them is in Salahuddine road whose manager complained about that specific branch sending all their problems to them and not trying to solve them. Still, the problem wasn’t solved. I had to transfer the money online to a friend who later transferred them to me after I left but really I recommend to choose another bank because these people are completely useless. Hopefully international banks will be able to be in Saudi without ventures or local partners soon, that would greatly increase the competency of the local banks but I doubt that Alrajhi can get any better soon.

  This branch of Alrajhi has atm works 7/24 all the time for deposit. Some problem in parking.
