  Very Bad service. Employees are very lazy. They say 'system down' when they dont want to work or half hour before the end of work. They themself forget this is a centralised bank and reject services for accoutns from other branch. Need action against these kind of behaviour as this will directly effect the bank reputation. But there are few good people, very supportive and have very good patience. This is what we need... Thankyou.
