::Had it been Zero Rating I would have given that to these lazy people. Out of 5 Customer Service desks ONLY 1 is in Operation and THAT TOO in the morning at 10:30 AM. I don't understand What Vision 2030 is all about to Steal the money or to Improve Overall Services in the kingdom. Very Laid back Working style as if working from own personal living room.

::Hay Alrehab -Jeddah, Worst Branch in KSA I have ever seen in my life. I has been going since 3 weeks to your Al-Rajhi Bank Branch Hay Alrehab -Jeddah. Today was my 6th round. He always say "system is not ok come to next day" I told him its my 6th round here you always say me to come next day next day. but he always say system is not ok. is your system is always not ok Al-Rajhi Bank?
