  I went to this branch to ask about the procedures of having a personal bank account. The customer service guy (desk number 7) lacks the basic communication skills. He was very rude. I felt disrespected by him answering my questions in short, abrupt and unclear answers while he was busy doing something on his computer showing only the side of his face like he wants to tell me get the hell out of here! 😂. I would never recommend this branch/bank tbh.
