::Dirty, hot sparsely furnished and very impersonal premises. The travel agent on the other hand was great and extremely patient (and sweating profusely as we all were) and professional. Shame on Al Tayyar Group to make employees and travelers do their business in such terrible circumstances......it's not like you don't have the money. You obviously have no empathy.
