  This place was a nightmare. The customer service was non existent. Absolutely rude staff with next to no one speaking any English. The room they showed my husband when he walked in to confirm our online booking was NOT the one we were given. The room Was absolutely horrendous. Dust everywhere, in the curtains, on the walls amd pictures. The carpet which at one point was red had turned a disgusting brown due to not ever being cleaned. Our feet were dirty after walking on it. The bathrooms were in horrible condition. The shower was a like 1.5 foot cubby. Couldnt even shower without getting the whole floor wet. This place needs a serious, serious over haul, new staff amd someone to teach them manners. The only good thing about the place was it was 5 minutes to the Haram

  The rooms were good but about the service it wasn't that well .
