  Excellent for a 4 star hotel, if it wasn't for the restaurant, it would be equivalent to most 5 stars hotels.

  Totally disaster hotel . One time the fire alarm. They not speak English . They didn't give me the invoice. Please don't use this hotel is a disaster . As a traveler I don't recommend to anyone .

  I revisited this hotel due to my.previous stay which was fabulous but this time.it.was horrible i was given room on the top floor which was under construction with very old furniture and poor facilities. Customer service was also very bad it took too much time to get access for the room and repeated requestes were ignored . With all this service 400 riyals is very very expensive

  I would have given it ZERO star. Worst service ever, and Fwad at the reception took him very long time to serve me!! TV has a few channels only, where most are news and no entertainment. It's simply a garbage even if it's for free
