  The customer service is terrible, had rented out a car from them and had already informed them the pick up time a day earlier, they made me wait for 2 hours with payments and so. And when i saw the car it was very dirty, i asked them to clean it for me they said dey don’t have anyone. Overall just a below average experience.

  In general all car rentals companies is ksa are expensive, alwefaq is at least the less expensive.

  Decent cars and service, they have to secure a cash advance even if you offer a credit card! They don't accept Amex. السيارات و الخدمات جيدة و لكن يجب أن يأخذوا مبلغ مالي كتأمين حتى في حالة وجود بطاقة إئتمانية. لا يتعاملون مع امريكان اكسبريس
