  The Villas are gorgeous with plenty of living accommodations. But the rest of the property is very limited of room and sub standard

  Fairly new place ; very far from basic needs, extremely small; from the 1 bedroom apartments to the so called villas; I would not recommended for a long time living , and only if you are single; do not bring kids or animals because there is no space; everything here is very small

  This is a Compound, far out from major shopping malls and schools. Fairly new buildings but management not so great.... Layout also a negative, as 3 bdr Villas is at the far outer skirts of the Compound about 1,2km from the main gate where you enter; 2 bdr Apartments in the centre (3 floors with no lift) and 1 bdr. Apartments close to the gate (3 with a lift). Outside taxis; Careem or Uber not allowed therefore if you have shopping you need to carry it all the way to your place..... No golf carts or any other assistance from compound...... Sucks as another reviewer said.
