  Very poor customer service... Applied for a clearance letter before 2 weeks. Didn't receive yet and no once has an answer now why it's delayed...so poor

  The service is very bad, in last week I have submitted my ID, but till now they didn't update. That's why I can not acess my account. I filed complaints through phone banking 3 times within last week but still they didn't fix my problem. I am really very upset with the Service.
