  The absolute worst after sales and customer care services I've ever encountered in my life. Customer service numbers that don't answer your calls in days, a workshop that lies to you and keeps you coming back over and over for the same defects, they always miss deadlines for fixing your device and don't have the courtsey of even calling you. Until you threaten to involve the ministry of trade and commerce then everything miraculously works fine!!!
