  Expats! Beware! No english speaking staff and customer care is pathetic to say the least. I kept waiting for an hour and a half for my turn and when it did the gentleman at the account opening desk told me to come tomorrow. The bank closure was at 1630 and it was 1500 when he said it. So on my pointing it out he hesitantly took my employer letter and iqama and went to another desk. Then after 5 minutes came back and demanded a PO Box exclusively in my name. I told him that this requirement wasn't mentioned on bank's online portal. But he refused to proceed and told me to come another day. I had a qualified interpreter with me otherwise things would have been worse. If Alinma's management is reading this please devise a mechanism to counter this or the bank's good repute is to be spoiled by ill treatment of customers in general and expats in particular.
