::Unprofessional employees who know nothing about customer service. They don't respond to phone calls. They never do what the customer wants unless he files an official complaint, then they start calling and responding. I don't recommend anyone to purchase cars from this agency.

::You basically get what you pay for lol. Staff are very friendly, you can get tea as well. Waiting time is well better than other service center. They don't have a waiting place, you better have somewhere to go while waiting for your car. Car maintenance usually takes 2 hours. They clean it as well.
