::Worst blood bank I have ever been in The actual donation wasn’t bad. However, the staff seemed incompetent, and the place was claustrophobic. Five minutes in and I wanted to leave, but I was here to donate to my friend’s mom so I had to suck up and stay. The technician told me at first that I have to wait 3 months between donation, which was wrong as per the paperwork I had to sign. He then spent 10 minutes taking my blood pressure. Then another guy came and drew a full tube. Then they sent me to a building 3 blocks away to sign the paperwork by a physician. Then finally they drew the donation, from the other hand. I’m glad this wasn’t my first time donating, because it was very discouraging.

::The least adhearance to appointments I've ever had the misfortune to come across. Doctor decides to cancel appointments for the day after a 2-week wait. One time we waited for 1.5 hrs to see the doc, and finally decided to leave (we came by appointment, not on the waiting list). And now we had an appointment at 5 pm, it's 7:35 and we still didn't get to see the doc. Very unprofessional and unethical. Take your money/insurance elsewhere.
