  10% discount is a fraud... i booke b flight more than 2 weeks ago and till now waiting for refund.. everytime they say you will receive within 48 hours.. stay away from them

  They are a fraud. Offer 10% discount on their tickets but do not give the discount

  After screwing up my first booking in Dubai they rebooked me into another hotel and confirmed by email to me Upon arrival though the second hotel never received any confirmation and so no booking. I then spent the best part of four hours sat in the hotel lobby attempting to get anything in the way of an answer from a customer service that didnt exsist. Eventually after numerousd promises broken and calls not returned I gave up. From this experience I lost not only an important business meeting and four hours of my life but all trust and respect in a company that is unable to fulfil anything once it has taken your money. Dont make the same mistake I did and do not book with this company, it might seem cheaper but there is a reason why.
