  I had an unpleasant experience. It started when I went to cashier's desk, and there wasn't any customer. In somehow the cashier at time, turned off the computer while I was pressing my password on point of sale terminal, but I saw shut down the computer because I wasn't looking at the machine. So the payment was accepted it. In this moment, I'd have given my bag wiz two receipts. I got my bag and one receipt so logically I started looking inside the bag for a store receipt. There wasn't any receipt so I ask him "excuse me" he said right away "we are closed". I asked him that for store receipt. He said "you don't need a receipt". I was shocked. In my head "WTH HE IS TAKING ABOUT!! Are freaking kidding me". He tried to convince me and kept saying that even if the size wasn't okay, I could go back to some store or other branches an exchange would have accepted without any receipt. I didn't accepted that so I told him "you have three choices. First, to print my receipt RN. Second, take your bag and give back my money RN. Third, I am not leaving here." And one worker came from back of the store. He started an argument with me. I had had being so passion until they had listened to sound of reasons, logics n understanding things, they were repeatedly kept saying about receipt again and again to themselves. I had to experience all that for a piece of paper which I had to choose to take it or leave it
