::Very good for (buying) eye glasses and lenses. However when it comes to manufacturers defects and getting a refund or having your item replaced (basically when you're going to get things fixed or replaced without paying them any money), they are masters in stalling. I've been waiting for about a month now for my manufacturer defected lenses to be replaced!! Never ever buying anything from them again.
