  long waits, many promises, failed deliveries, terrible service, horrible system, extremely slow and lethargic associates. i had an old account, which they could not reactivate; took them over a week to close. they were supposed to open another account, but after signing multiple times they told me that i needed to change my signature, on the account that they were not identical enough, which i had been using for over a decade with them and in many other institutions including international banks, universities, government documents, leases, contracts, artworks, etc. the only respect they gave me was superficial at best. walked out after they accepted the same signature on a receipt for the money i had in the old account, and i was not even given a copy. i am still appalled and disappointed at such inadequacies. i hope they brighten up
