::One of the worse repair shops ever! They said they will message us within a day but 2 weeks just simply pass and no message?! When we went there, their technician just inspected it TODAY! FOR 14 DAYS THEY DIDN'T EVEN LOOK AT IT! They just said, "Just replace the MOTHERBOARD." And I was like, "What the hell?! Is this guy even a technician or not?!?!" Not even close to a certified Apple products supplier.

::Worst customer service ever!! I might swallow the need for a 7-14 days for repairs, although they dot do any hardware repairs, but 7-14 days just to get my phone replaced with a fee???!!! and they call themselves Authorized Distributes!!! By the way, I am calling them now to get to know about the status of my work order. I left the phone at their facility when their supervisor confirmed that the phone is due for replacement, as there is no any type of repair that can be done. ::To be honest ; the shop is small , over crowded with absolutely no queuing, listed phone numbers are ALL OUT OF SRVICE , no one will service you unless you have an appointment , which could take 30 days from the moment they answer the call - if they ever will do- but since I had a case number from APPLE they offer services without appointment, they were fast , they exchanged my broken device " which is out of guarantee " with new spotless one in less than 24 hours! This is the truth, thank you Apple & Thank you ARAB COMPUTERS... Please extend your service center space And improve your front desk performance ...

::The worst customer service ever No body can imagine how bad it is, very bad impression with tough face expression Literally no single smile on employees faces but worse than this they shouted on customers Very long wait period up to 4 weeks and also when they replace my phone no body called me to receive it!! You have to follow them cause no body care there I'm surprised how a big name like Apple let this happen??!!!
