  This is the worst retail chain I have ever been to in my life. Their customer service is the worst! They do not respect their customer at all, and if you have bought anything from them you have wasted your money and I feel sorry for whoever has to deal with them.

  They have furnitures suitable for apartments not a big bourse, fair cost

  1 star is too much for them. i wish there is a zero star i can give them. Very bad customer service. too shame because the place has good prices and nice collection but the people working there are very bad. I wanted to buy two tables with total 1700 SAR but they said it must be min. 1900 SAR for delivery. i said okay and i brought some accessories so the total was more than 1900 then they said "no , accessories are not included in the 1900 price." what a messed up place
