::Too far from ladies gate.. I stayed for a day to visit my relatives and got to know that’s it’s too difficult to stay there and always I stay in Royal makarem or Mubarak silver though they charge high but it’s nice to stay there and is easy for ziyarah......

::Very bad management Not wash & cleaning rooms and wash room .Out side a big size dust bin , which were not empty in time cause the smell in the area . Only two lift one is mostly faulty. Very small lobby where ladies couldn't sit. Bangali staff working & holding administration they not like Pakistani Every floor is allotted to fake agents Very old building I see cockroach on bad & deemak on walls I suggest avoid this hotel beacause when you enter in hotel feel bad smell bad attitude of bangali staff .

::It is a comfortable place to stay. Quite near to Masjid Al Haram. Walking distance of about 10-15 minutes takes you straight to King Abdul Aziz and King Fahad gate. But the hotel is quite crowded and service is a bit slow.
