  Served us good during our stay at Hajj. Must improve their Elevator.

  The only plus point of this hotel is that it's very close to the bus service for Rummi and also on a walking distance from the tunnel to Minna. There were loads of negative points. 1. Rooms very uncomfortable 2. Thou the hotel has 7 floors and about 20-25 rooms on each floor there are just two lifts which are mostly out of order and can accomadate 3-4 people thus making it impossible for old Hajjis and people with backache to move up and down. 3. The dining area is in the basement which is stuffy and dirty. And think if u have a old parent in a room on 7th floor and u have to carry a tray of food all from basement to 7th floor coz the lift is not working or has a long waiting list. 4. The sanitation department was totally ineffective. 5. Some Hajjis had complaints of water leak. 6. There was a Mosque on 1st floor with separate prayer areas for male and female but no sound system. So u couldn't hear voice of Azaan and had to rely on alarms on mobiles. Moreover without any sound system females could not pray with Jammat. 7. Food quality was pathetic. Food was very spicy causing loads of Hajjis to complain of heartburn. There was no system to keep food warm. In summary there are better hotels in the row so staying in this hotel should be last resort.

  Athman hotel located in aziziya shamaliya is very dirty unhygienic filthy bed bugs poor ac .dirty toilets poor wifi service no proper house keeping no water to drink .lift elevators are not good get struck up.lift has to be opened up using iron bars ets. dirty manager who is unqualified person frm egypt short tempered stares at females womens who comes to stay in lodging with dirty intention n dirty mind.all black ethophian persons are working in this hotels who dont have passports they run away taking valuables frm guests.all ac are not cooling very dirty and making noise pollution. Manager should be removed frm managers post immediately and a good polite person highly qualified must be kept in manager level

  Poor, poor & poor. Lifts are way too slow, toooooo much slow and in dangerous condition. Rooms are fine, if you are looking for a cheaper room. Washrooms very very veryyyyy small. No lockers available. Buffet is just fine, The good thing is cold and hot drinks, ice cream, yogurt, juices available round the clock.

  Sub standard though cheap but if u are booking through tour operator beware u are not cheated. Lifts are pathetic, rooms not more than three capacity are being stuffed with 5 to 6 persons. Washrooms are disappointing
