::Bad service. exaggerated fees , and they usually go with the trial and error approach and you have to pay for the wrong trials since the "computer" says so. I took my car out without repairing it.

::Starting from today my car have been here for 34 days, I asked them for a replacement car and they said I don’t qualify for one, so I complained to the ministry of trading and today I am getting the replacement car, bad service , overpriced parts and unfortunately the only dealership in KSA, I am selling my car ASAP.

::The worse you could imagine. I just discovered that they never do the car service check. I started to doubt that they don't even change the oil. I have complained to their maintenance high management that they check marked that everything is ok in the service report while the car actually still has problems from the previous service report!!. They mark everything in your service report blindly. You better think twice before you buy an Audi!!. Forget about car service no matter how much they rip you off.
