  Car condition was ok for Saudi standards, horrible if you are from anywhere else. Pricing was fair. Pick up and drop off was moderately easy. I wanted to claim Hyatt points for my trip, but the attendant said it wasn't possible. Actually, this is against what their website says, also I made the booking through Hyatt. I would recommend the management team to empower their staff to make more decisions, it would also be nice if they can be onsite to deal with unhappy customers.
