  Non sense service...no car drop option at Medina airport. I had to miss my flight due to unprofessional attitude of their staff. Worst customer services. No website. No contact number available online. Lack of info given to customers with worst ever experience. I travel a lot within country and have never found such unprpfessional attitude, i called their customer care number and there was no one to assist in a language other than arabic, then after struggling he said he will call back in a minute. No call yet its been almost an hour now. When I called again he hung up the phone. This is the last time I will ever take car from Awfar rent a car and will also make sure all my connections do the same and boycott this pathetic service provider.
