  Best care for Samsung phones. The service was quick,easy and pleasant. I arrived with a cracked screen that was completely damaged. I had purchased damage protection and axiom have the service as promised and no question is asked. I was amazed at the service. Desk staff was super friendly and told me to come exactly one day after receiving the SMS on my phone. The working timings are as mentioned. You need to bring the repair receipt to re- collect phone. I was turned away because I didn't have the receipt and had to come the next day. Would have loved if they go paperless on the repair.As mentioned in damage protect terms, I had to pay 100 SAR as service fee. Would recommend and do all future purchases from axiom.

  One of the two persons in the Customer service who receive the phones is so bad and he should be in a good company as axiom. He is one of the worst customer service person ever. I hope you take action with this
