  had a broken screen with warranty, went to axiom to fix, took long time to come back with a fix, however it was not complete. the screen fixed however another problem showed up after the fix. Echo on receiving end when voice call made. went back to fix, phone stayed for a week returned and was not fixed. took it for a third time to be fixed and after a week, returned with another problem, sim locked. went to back to fix on web the repair center close at 7pm, where I arrived at 630 and refused me to enter. overall very unprofessional, don't understand the issue clearly and it seems phone pieces are changed without tests. now it has been more than a month and the phone not fixed. tiring and lots of visit.

  Very slow in serving customers and not using all available extension they have but mostly only one agent

  Very unorganized place only 2 employees to serve all the central province it means more than 1million Huawei device.

  They are not providing good service I have received my phone twice unrepaired

  Worst experience ever. Very short working hours. Only two very slow employees. No supervisor in the shop. The service center is packed. Honestly, I will never buy again from Axiom and will not recommend to anyone.
