  Fully open now... The facility is great but the level of service is still below what is to be expected. The staff is friendly but sometimes slow, bad communication, as well as lack of knowledge. The kitchen needs to be improved, many menu items not available and also suffers from service issues. افتتح تماما لكن الخدمة لا تزال تحت المستوى المطلوب خصوصا المطبخ.

  Claims 5 star to be awarded but facilities not worth lobby very congested same parking and by the side of main road that too very active traffic

  The best hotel in Asif region. Friendly staff. Excellent interior and room amenities. Comfy beds. Must visit

  Comparing with the area hotels Bayat is very good one The design and appearance is very good Staff is good but need to be more professional and i see an improvement compared with my 1st visit Rooms are very good with many facilities Has a good restaurant There is also meeting rooms for Business

  Great food, different varieties with a mix of Saudi and western foods. Each day is a different menu. Best of all is that the staff is very friendly and attentive. Would recommend to everyone.
