  I known Beam crossfit before three month Ago and they show me the beauty of buddy transformation with life style changes , the gym is equipped with full crossfit equipments also they have a remarkable coach's i ever seen . Joining the crossfit class is easy , price is reasonable and with minimum effort from the trainee every one can recognize good result . Overall , I recommend beam crossfit for any one want to have a good shape and healthy life , finally i would like to thanks the coaches Ali & Mohammed for them support and wishing to them a successful life .
