::Home service work is great, however management of personnel is very very bad, their timing is bad, commitment and coordination is below standard, ladies work with no assistance and they get called while working to stop and go back to their shop to support others. Another area is hygiene and cleanliness, they are not very clean when using the face brushes for makeup. I would not go to the shop anymore but I will use the girls if they ever leave the shop
