  I spent 525 riyals on an abaya. It started falling apart in two days. They “fixed it” and it started ripping the next day. The fabric just isn’t strong enough to keep itself together where it’s sewn. I showed them how my abaya’s stitching isn’t as thick as the other ones in the store, but they wouldn’t exchange it. I believe I was given a faulty product. They sent it to Riyadh to be reinforced. That was 16 days ago. I bought it to be warm, but now its hot again. They won’t answer our calls to see if it has been shipped back from Riyadh for repairs. We are driving there now to try to get it. This is shameful. They sold me something that isn’t worth the money and won’t really address the problem. Manager won’t pick up the phone either. Avoid. The quality isn’t what it seems, and the customer service is dreadful. Update: We arrived at black fashion to find my abaya wasn’t there. The saleswoman had not been told anything about it. We asked her to call the manager from the store phone. He didn’t answer. She got in touch with a supervisor. My husband spoke to him on the phone. The supervisor said that even after the fixes he noticed that the abaya wasn’t staying together.... and what did he do??? NOTHING! He didn’t inform his sales staff, never called us... did he think we’d just forget about it. We had to demand our money back with a threat that we’d go to the ministry, as now he admitted he knew the product was faulty. Thankfully we got our money back. Don’t shop there!!! And if you do- check the seams of the clothing. Make sure the collar or sleeves don’t start to pull apart with the slightest tug.
