  This is a short note to congratulate you on your new amazing office for Spain in Riyadh, it is a significant change from last year 's when I went there with my colleagues from STC, was also very happy with your premium service, true luxury!   what a good set of people. they were trying to be faster than i am with my clients, learnt a lot. Always smiling while giving service is good.

  1. Make the requirements clearer and equal to other european embassies 2. 2 SAR for each photocopy is stealing 3. The call center never answers the phone 4. The application staff doesn’t understand the applicants and they are a bit helpless

  I got my every email answered so professionally and precisely that half of queries got resolved over email only and rest of the processing was very smooth at the VAC.

  Very professional and polite staff. However appointment time is not adhered to. You should be there early to get a number. But you are required to make an appointment to be able to get a number. When you get to the interview counter you need to let them know where you want to receive your passport as they may assume you are in Riyadh. And confirm your contact number as they may put wrong mobile phone. It happened with me and I emailed them but they never responded.
