::Nice staff but I can only speak about the cat traps. They are inhumane. Unlined steel mesh that causes lacerations. They need to change immediately. The photo attached was taken today March 16 2017 and I took this animal from this Boecker trap to my home. The traps are used and Boecker by my company in Riyadh. I want to state that the photo is my own and that I am truthful that this cage is from Boecker. In an attempt to escape the frightened kitten pressed her face and clawed at the cage, causing lacerations to her face and paws.Thank you I have since visited Boecker and the staff were genuinely concerned. I don't know how management was unaware of this situation but they all agreed that Riyadh has a problem that the public must address. I believe they are genuine to provide a service in the best possible way.
