  I usually go there for hair cut and colouring with Joyce She is great , good service and polite My problem is with the reception and appointment I booked hair cut and colouring at 10 am I arrived 9.50am no one was at the reception I waited for 20 min until the first staff showed up And of course it took time to boot the computer and the system Then she served clients who came last And they work with first come first serve So what's the point of booking!! They keep accepting walk in clients even though serveres have no free time
