  Nice place. You rent a furnished room basically with hotel-like services. There's towels, a microwave, kettle, sandwich maker, toast maker, stove-top, kitchen sink and plates and cutlery. Compared to other furnished rooms these things are extraordinary.

  The Egyptian receptionist wasn't very pleasant, and the couch was not comfortable yet the place was ok compared to others in the neighborhood.

  As overall the service was acceptable ,but they are not offering breakfast, good if it's available. The type of the products used and facilities like slippers, tissues quality are not matching the good service which satisfy customers..

  Egyptian staff is very stupid and arrogant here. Nonsense is seating at reception who is not aware how to deal with customer nicely and go beyond while serving customer who comes here. Place is good but reception staff is worst and ask security deposit which is nowhere requested by any hoteliers in Riyadh. Management need to take serious action for such stupid and should remove immediately. When he don't understand english, he wrongly interpreted and done nothing upon my request.
