  One of the better western style compound in Riyadh. Services and facilities are great and the staff is friendly.

  Great place with excellent apartments, food is good, gym is clean & airy. There are squash, tennis & basketball courts. Fabulous swmiing pool also.. what isn't there to like

  Nice pool area and restaurant beside it.. food could be better .. residents say it's quiet safe and nice place for expats.. delicious views .. architecting design is very harmonic
