  American style of village. Nice outside. House a bit small.

  Mixed feeling of this place. On the plus side: Beautifully designed villas. Also outdoor landscape has to be one of the best in Khobar, vibrant, wide road, lush greenery. Now on the negative side: Furnitures are quite outdated and not matching the style of the house. Maintenance is very sluggish to respond (to give example, broken dishwasher can take a month to be replaced, lights and plumbing takes two - three days). And on top of this, the management can be really uncooperative to a degree of being arrogant, which is our biggest turn-off while staying for more than two years in the compound. Such a shame since it has the potential of being the best compound in the area.
