::Generally known as Souq Bangala Jeddah Fish Market is the place for your seafood needs. You could buy fresh fish every day after Fair Prayer ( approximately 6am) or (approximately 1pm to 2pm)in the auction or throughout the day at the fish stalls. You could also buy fishing tools here. Fresh fruits and vegetables are sold here too. Parking space is plenty and the traffic is always high here. There's a cleaning place for the seafood you buy. There's a restaurant in the market that could cook the fish you've bought. Seating arrangement for singles and families available in the restaurant. See you there some time.

::This market is improving. Now, not too much smell fishy unlike before back years ago. If you freshest fish, come early. But if came before noon time, it's a little bit hard to find the most fresh one but it's getting more cheaper. Anyway, you have variety of fishes that you can choose. There are also available vegetables located at the side of the market.

::The best place in Jeddah to buy fresh fish at considerably cheaper prices. There is a separate section where you could get your fish cleaned so it would be ready to cook. And then there are a couple of restaurants here, you just bring your own cleaned fish and for a small fee they will fry, bake or cook for you and serve u with rice, salad and sauce. There is a large parking area which is crowded over the weekends.

::The very best place in Jeddah to shop for fish. This market locally known as "Bangalah" has been the central fish market for over a 100 years. It's been modernized by the municipality with addition of new services such as fish cleaning. Fishermen can also shop for tools and equipment. Prices are considerably cheaper than any other fish supplier in Jeddah. Recent environmental measures include the ban of sale of endangered species such as sharks which until 2006 were on sale by the ton. There are numerous varieties of red sea fishes on sale every day where a weekend morning fish shopping trip is a worthwhile excursion.
