  It's not even 2 star as claimed as 4 star hotel . Management is illiterate cannot even speak English

  The room was OK but cleanliness was not that good as we had to move the beds a little bit to merge them together nd we found that under the beds was so unclean and disgusting. Housekeeping didn't visit us for cleaning in a 2 night's accommodation although we requested. There were no towels in the bathroom but when we requested, they gave us right away. Overall, it was fine but not as it was rated on online reservation websites.

  To be honest the hotel is amazing and also most hotels in aziziyah are very luxurious. It has amazing food court and bus service and just beside the hotel their is maestro pizza and dunkin donuts. You don't even have to walk for a long distance either.

  Amazing place if you get it at the price I got it 85 Riyals ($23). Staff is very professional and friendly. Room is clean and comfortable. My room did not have a window but was still satisfied due to solid price. Has a Dunkin Donuts next to it as well as many restaurants. There's a nice supermarket not too far away. And many other advantages to this place.
