  Elegant and five stars hotel located in Ibrahim AlKhalil street 3min walk from King Fahad AlHaram Gate. Clean rooms and spacious... Very professional receptionists..and helping concierge. The other side is that no free car park for hotel guests.

  We had opportunity to stay here during our Umrah trip in early April 2018. Loved the place, the room size, amenities, the breakfast and service of the staff members. Everything was outstanding. Would love to stay here again. The only issue at this point is access to the Haram which is not direct at the moment but construction is ongoing and hope that this will also improve. The breakfast is amazing and very fast elevators. No wiat at all.

  Stayed two weeks ago. Excellent location. Very courteous staff. Adil at the front desk was extremely helpful. Breakfast is fresh and plentiful.

  What an experience. I lost my wallet at Starbucks. Got a call from the night duty manager in 10 minutes. Had a lot of money and credit cards. Returned so quickly that I didn't even realize I had lost it. Fantastic people . They made me count the money . Food is fantastic. Staff is the most cooperative people I have ever met. Very happy that I am staying at this place. Absolutely sure that I will return again to the same hotel.
