::Completely disorganised and incapable of providing a joined-up service. Lost paperwork, forgotten tests and wrong treatment in a tatty and dirty environment. The patient is forgotten about after every appointment. Your blood pressure will rise if you try to get treatment from Consulting Clinics.

::Good doctors work here, but this place is so lagging behind in technology. Medical instruments are so old, and the building really needs renovation.

::Getting an advance telephonic appointment is impossible, as they never answer the phone! It might be easier to go in as walk-in patient. The main reception staff on the Ground floor lack basic customer service skills and don't say much... and your basically standing there wondering if they even understood what you said..however, I visited paediatric dept. and the female doctor was good, service was quick and reception on that level efficient. I would recommend this clinic - just be prepared for some hassle with booking appointments.
