  Much better on second visit. Friendly reception and clean rooms. Again the coffee shop is a must great food

  One of the best hotel in riyadh With strategy situation on the main road Besides the kindly reception & clean room, comfortable service they have delicious restaurant and trace cafe

  I had lunch with friends in the View restaurant, the table was not clean from the slides, the buffet didn’t have many choices, few dishes, non dressed salads, 4 kinds of bread, no drinks, ordinary desserts!! No spacial place for families one big room that was full of men and we were the only 3 ladies there sharing the same place with them... the workers don’t know everything about the place. At the end we had great coffee that made our day !

  For a 4 star hotel this is very expensive and the level of service for what you pay is poor. In the UK you can get 3 star hotels with the same level of service and facilities. Generally I've found that hotels in KSA are over priced and they lack good customer service and people skills from all staff (reception, room service to restaurant staff). Had the buffet breakfast here. The restaurant was clean but the food and service was pathetic. The food would run out and people had to wait 10-15 minutes every time for the food trays to be replaced. Very unprofessional and a waste of money. Avoid this restaurant. I'll be writing a formal complaint to Copthorne Hotel HO in due time.
