  Welcoming staff , and comfortable place . The hotel is on a shopping mall that let you need nothing from outside

  الفندق ممتاز لزيارات العمل.. صغير و له مدخل لمجمع الراشد.. الغرف نظيفة والخدمة ممتازة... الاثاث في الغرف بدا يقدم... الكوفي شوب الدور الارضي رهيب بس عيب المكان ريحته زيت طبخ تلصق في الملابس.....

  First i want to thank Mr.Tarek yahia,Mr.Raymond ,Ranjeeth ,abdel khaleq and mohammed and other staff in hotel which is one of the new and best hotels in jazan area. My review is concerned only for my membership renewal as platinium member. Spending 68 nights last year in the hotel wasn’t enough to renew my membership as the only aspect to consider in marriott reward progarm is the no. Of nights regardless no of stays nor the points earned or money spent!!!!!!! Unlike other reward program as being also platinium member in accor hotels and spire elite in IHG. My advice for those carrying gold or platinum marriott membership try to invest in radisson blue resort gizan or the new novotel gizan (opening soon in april 2018) You will be more rewarded and getting more accelerate offers . The choice is yours , i am only want to be not surprised when they reject your renewal due to missing 7 nights !!!! From 75 thanks they are not 1 night, i hoped to know this earlier from the beginning of the year to stop staying again but no problem . Update:20-4-2018 they return me back to platinum member so i should thank them again and modify this review

  استمتعت بقضاء ليلتين بالفندق والإقامة راقت لي كل شي مرتب ونظيف ومتوفر جيم ومسبح وغرف استجمام مساج وسونا وغيرها، وبالنسبة للفطور الصباحي كان فاخر من الآخر وتتوفر أطباق كثيرة ومتعددة

  A nice clean hotel that offers easy access to the city. The booking management system they have in place let's them down and caused confusion for the staff when booking in. The staff were friendly and can do enough to make your stay comfortable, however the staff seem to be to visible at times. The rooms were spotless and we're at a very high standard. The food was nice but did not cater for western taste. I happy to get a honey moon suit one night dispute being their on my own.
