  Very good hotel, I haven’t try sleeping there, I just tried their breakfast and branch buffet, their grills are really tasty, especially the chicken kababs, the salad bar are good too, the main course buffet is good but it needs a kind of improvement

  Good choice in the eastern Province, modern rooms, good furniture, good service. Still most of the hotels in Saudi Arabia needs to improve their attitude tom maintain the international levels, however, this Crowne Plaza is better than other IHG hotels in the area. The water boiler was not clean, the bathroom door couldn’t be closed, the idea and the design was good, if works!

  Luxury rooms. Receptionists are really professional and welcoming. The rooms are really big and comfortable. Located very close to the shopping center and Malls. Restaurant is really nice, buffet with a lot of choices. Above averages.
