  The store always has a pleasant smell, contrary to other pet stores. It looks very clean and modern. As far as I have seen, staff members treat animals with partial respect, which is good because most other stores treat them like cash bags. The prices are a little too extreme for some things but it's safe to say your animal (in my case, cat) is in safe hands.

  I brought my dog to this place for shaving, the groomers are totally unprofessional, they cuted my dog’s skin several times, and did a terrible job. They mistreated the dog several times, and placed a very tight colar that almost hanged her. Additionally the grommer was using the cellphone/ skype during the shaving which distracted him and hence caused even more scratches to the dog. I will never go back to this place and do not recommend for anyone who cares about animals. Without to mention the prices that are very high.

  Clean shop , good treat from employee , have good staff of foods and variety from animals also good

  One of the best pets shop in Riyadh. The shop is new and they have a wide variety of fishes, unlike other pet stores the staff are knowledgeable of the pets they keep. They have good stocks of fishes, cats, hamsters and birds. The price is competitive and not too overpriced.

  Cute Pets is one of the most organized and clean places to sell pets of all kinds. the staff is very careful in how to take care of the animals and their hygiene. the thing that I like the most about this place is that the smell that usually reeks out of such places due to animals is absolutely nonexistent. Plus , different and diverse kinds of accessories you may need for your pet are provided .
